Monadnock at Home has been serving seniors in the Monadnock Region since 2010 and is a member of the Village to Village Network, a national network of over 300 aging-in-place villages across the country.

Heather Jasmin is the Program Coordinator for Continuing Education at Keene State College. Heather’s work focuses on coordinating community-based programs such as the Cheshire Academy for Lifelong Learning for active adults aged 55 and older, the Kids on Campus summer program, and online professional development classes. Heather is a graduate of Keene State College and holds an MBA from Plymouth State University.

Dr. Michael Lindberg – Monadnock Community Hospital

Dr. Michael C. Lindberg is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine and has served as Chief Medical Officer at Monadnock Community Hospital for four years. He brings 30+ years of clinical and administrative experience to this role. He is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine and served four years in the National Health Service Corp assigned to rural Alabama. Dr. Lindberg also practiced as Chief of Medicine and as Physician-in-Chief for Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine at a large health system in Northern Connecticut.

Jeff Crocker is an attorney with the firm of Upton & Hatfield, LLP. Jeff practices law in the Upton & Hatfield offices located in Jaffrey and Peterborough and concentrates his practice on estate planning, estate administration, wills, trusts, probate, elder law, business formation and succession planning, and representing clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Prior to joining Upton & Hatfield, Jeff spent his entire career, following his admission to the New Hampshire bar in 1979, practicing law with the firm of Tower, Crocker & Smith, P.A. in Jaffrey.
